• Fresher can also apply.
• Expertise in Promotion modules of Sales preferred.
• Good communication skills, knowledge of Hindi & Regional language is a must.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Age preferably below 30 years

To drive growth of KSWA through Camp’s:

• Need to be worked for 24 days in a month.
• Conduct courses as per the need assessment of the village.
• Has to submit daily report in a prescribed format.
• Need to be Work in the field as per the tour plan.

To manage day to day operations of the camp modules:

• To hire Yuva Mitra & Trainer to roll out camp.
• Regular monitoring & evaluations.
• Conduct exam with help of Yuva Mitra.
• Distribute Certificates on time.
• To maintain quality consciousness during livelihood education and training.
• To provide guidance and solve the queries at front end.
• To develop strong Networking.
• Ensure placements for all students.
