VOLUNTEERS OF CHANGE
Yuva Parivartan believes in making sustainable impacts at scale. To help us achieve such a feat, we are always on the lookout for corporates & volunteers who wish to lend their skills in tackling one of India’s leading challenges of unemployment. This unique journey is also a golden opportunity to make a difference in the social development of our nation. Yuva Parivartan’s experience combined with the expertise of corporate volunteers make our livelihood skilling programs more effective & impactful.
Volunteers as individuals or as groups are welcome. We also invite international students to volunteer as a part of their internship program. Volunteers can choose from a list of options to help our organization based on their interests and capabilities.
NGO Associate Capability building
Some of the current projects that pack this synergy include developing office productivity tools, secondary & primary research, motivational & behavioral training, capacity building, content development and software applications.
Mentoring
Individuals and small/large groups of students, with a considerable amount of knowledge and experience, can mentor our students. They can engage with the beneficiaries through workshops, seminars, field visits, picnics, etc.
Teaching
Individuals with in-depth knowledge and experience can conduct classes for our courses. They may also assist in course and syllabus upgradation as per the need of industry.
IT
Volunteers can take up website content updation and website blog administration on a weekly basis. They can also help us manage our social networking pages.
Administration
Our wide range of activities calls for administrative work in terms of resource procurement, purchase and maintenance. Documentation is an indispensable part of this work. Volunteers can also assist with these activities.
Accounts and MIS
Individuals with prior experience and in-depth knowledge can help in the accounts department. They can assist in the working of the MIS system and suggest improvements to the existing processes.
Resource Mobilization
Resource mobilization involves getting sponsorship for our students, courses & events; forging partnerships with corporates to procure funds, training and joint certification for our courses.
Events
From planning and resource allocation to procurement of sponsorships, volunteers can organise our various events such as Career Fair and YP Day. They can also play a crucial role in post-event activities and help organize field trips, industry visits, etc.
Documentation
Documenting, generating reports and data entry are other tasks that can be taken up by volunteers.
