Requirements:
To develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc), Ceate a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post on portals, Manpower Planning & their Approvals, Make use of innovative recruiting tools, review and select candidates, Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, Solicit documentation & candidate feedback throughout the interview process, Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and introduce one best practices every month, Do Reference check of new joinees, Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Associate Director – HR, Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires, Target maximum recruitment through various Head Hunting Process & hire least through consultants, Maintain Consultant Bill Trackers, Consultants to be given feedback of interviews with in 48 hrs of interview, Handling of all Job Portals and updating Career webpage in coordination with IT dept every week, Most effective Salary Negotiation to be done, Handling job Advt release, Close all open positions in 30 Days TAT.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Graduate / Post graduate in Human Resource Management
Experience: minimum of 3-5 years of core HR experience

After failing in her SSC exam, Ruhi Jadhav enrolled herself in a Beautician course in KSWA. After successfully completing her training, she started her own beauty parlour in her house where she provides Beauty and Hair Styling services, undertaking Bridal orders also.
Little did she know that she would fly to USA to attend a two-day Inner City 100 Summit, held at Harvard University, Boston in 2008. She was selected by Merrill Lynch for the ‘Growing up CEO’ program. In the USA, she was exposed to some of the fastest growing companies in America.
