Job description for the post Executive - Administration
Requirements:
Development and implementation of all Administrative process.
Responsible for In house office maintenance like furniture maintenance, air conditioners, lighting, plumbing etc.
Oversee company housekeeping, cafeteria arrangements, travel arrangements, Stationery procurement and distribution.
Coordination with housekeeping team and ensure hygiene standards are maintained in office premises.
Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations etc.
Ensure timely payment of electricity bills, Mobile bills and property tax etc.
Coordination with Operations Team for their requirement related printing & Procurement of Course material.
Ensure Execution / Renewal / Extension of lease agreement of Centers spread across Regions. Provide Insurance Cover to Organization’s Assets at regular intervals.
Update records with respect to Assets management.
Responsible for ensuring timely maintenance of all office furniture, cafeteria and other electrical and non-electrical equipment’s Processing vendor payment and after verifying the records forwarding the same to the Finance department for further process.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
Identify vendors, obtain quotations; analyze and compare quotations; negotiate and shortlist appropriate vendors in consulting with department heads, finalize terms and conditions.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
