Requirements:

A young dynamic, persuasive but assertive.

A go-getter with modern outlook, and a basic understanding of how a business works.

Must be IT savvy, Should have excellent data management, data presentation and data analysis & interpretation skills.

Should like number-crunching, Should have strong capability to maintain official confidentiality,

The daily routine of an executive assistant’s typical duties include taking meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention ,

Analyze data prepare presentations , Compiled and prepared reports/presentations graphs and data developed along with accompanying analysis.

Work as a link between office of the CEO and the rest of the organization,

Build, develop and maintain the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze Organization’s Operations and performance metrics,

Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with Internal as well as external stakeholders and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed.

Experience & Qualifications

Education: Graduate, While an MBA would be preferred, the emphasis is on the skills, rather than qualifications.

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years work experience
